Duration: Initial 6–12 months (with potential extension) Overview We are seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to support the successful delivery of large-scale construction projects for my client in London.

Working as part of a multidisciplinary project team, you will be responsible for managing project delivery from pre-construction through to completion, ensuring programme, budget, quality and safety objectives are achieved.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Project Manager with a strong background in complex construction environments to join a fast-paced project on an initial contract basis.

Key Responsibilities Lead the day-to-day delivery of construction projects from mobilisation through to handover.

Manage project schedules, milestones and key deliverables to ensure programme commitments are met.

Coordinate contractors, consultants and subcontractors throughout the project lifecycle.

Monitor project costs, variations and commercial performance.

Ensure all works are delivered in accordance with health, safety and quality standards.

Identify project risks and implement mitigation plans where required.

Chair project meetings and provide regular progress updates to internal and external stakeholders.

Review construction documentation, programmes and technical information.

Support procurement activities and contractor management.

Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget and to the required quality standards.

Requirements Proven experience as a Construction Project Manager delivering large-scale construction projects.

Strong understanding of construction methodologies and project delivery processes.

Experience managing multiple stakeholders within complex project environments.

Excellent communication and leadership skills.

Ability to work independently within a fast-paced project environment.

Strong commercial awareness and programme management capability.

Proficient with Microsoft Office and standard project management software.
