We are offering a permanent full-time position supporting the Individual Patient Commissioning function within the Corporate Planning & Partnerships Team. We seek an outgoing, enthusiastic, forward-thinking individual to provide administrative support to the commissioning team.
The role involves managing out-of-area non-contracted activity (NCA) invoices and the process for individual patient commissioning, including Individual Patient Funding Requests (IPFR), Prior Approval, and Continuing Healthcare (CHC). Responsibilities include providing administrative support, scheduling meetings, preparing documentation, responding to emails and phone inquiries, and validating invoices.
The ideal candidate will be logical, well-organized, and possess excellent time management skills. Proficiency in IT, especially Microsoft Office, and a disciplined approach to work are essential.
