About the Role We’re looking for a proactive and customer-focused Credit Controller to join our regional Finance team.
This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in protecting our company’s financial health by ensuring timely customer payments, reducing overdue debt and delivering an excellent customer experience across our EMEA customers Working closely with colleagues across Sales, Customer Service, Distribution and Finance, you’ll help drive strong cash flow, resolve customer account queries and support an efficient end-to-end Order-to-Cash process.

What You’ll Be Doing As a Credit Controller, you’ll be responsible for managing a portfolio of customer accounts and ensuring payments are collected in line with agreed terms.
Your responsibilities will include: Collections Cash Management Proactively managing customer accounts to ensure timely payment.
Contacting customers by phone, email and written correspondence to resolve overdue invoices.
Monitoring aged debt reports and prioritising collection activities.
Identifying potential payment risks and escalating concerns where appropriate.
