Experience in software testing with a minimum of 2 years in Test Project Management. Planning, deploying and managing the testing effort for any given engagement. Good hands-on experience in defining Testing Strategy and executing test plans. Should be able to review and track Testing Team activities and create Testing Summary Reports. Should be able to guide the test team to write Test scenarios and test cases. Building up and leading the Testing Team to the success of the project. Ability to manage and guide Automation and Performance Test leads. Good to have Insurance domain knowledge. ISTQB or equivalent certification is good to have.
