Role Overview
We are seeking a Cybersecurity Change Delivery Lead to drive and accelerate the transformation of the NSEC (Network Security) function. This role will play a critical part in shaping and executing the cybersecurity strategy, with a strong focus on people, processes, and change capabilities required for successful delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and accelerate the delivery of the Cybersecurity NSEC transformation programme in alignment with the overall cybersecurity vision and strategy.
- Contribute to the development and continuous refinement of the broader Cybersecurity NSEC strategy, with particular emphasis on organisational change, process optimisation, and capability building.
- Work closely with the Global Head of Cybersecurity Delivery to shape and evolve a multi-year cybersecurity investment and transformation roadmap.
- Establish and implement governance frameworks, operating models, and delivery mechanisms to manage and monitor cybersecurity services and capabilities across both Run the Business (RTB) and Change the Business (CTB) initiatives, aligned to the "One Wallet" approach.
- Drive end-to-end accountability for the successful delivery of the Cybersecurity NSEC change programme.
- Define and implement demand management processes to ensure cybersecurity change initiatives are clearly understood, quantified, prioritised, and aligned with strategic and business priorities.
- Identify and drive continuous improvement opportunities across the cybersecurity organisation, including process enhancements and increased automation.
- Design and deliver a structured continuous improvement programme to enhance efficiency, scalability, and effectiveness of cybersecurity operations.
- Support the prioritisation of cybersecurity investments by establishing robust financial governance, clear value metrics, and balanced performance measures aligned with strategic objectives.
- Promote a strong learning and delivery culture by embedding best practices in programme and project management across the cybersecurity function.
