We are seeking a highly skilled AI Product Manager to lead the evaluation, quality, and safe deployment of AI across our Conversational Commerce platform. This is a high-impact, cross-functional role where you will define how LLMs and agentic systems are used in production, establish guardrails, and own the go/no-go decisions for AI-powered features.

As the AI Product Manager, you will be responsible for the strategy, evaluation, safety, and lifecycle management of AI models within the Conversational Commerce ecosystem. You will collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, and AI teams to ensure our platform delivers high-quality, reliable, and secure AI-driven interactions for enterprise customers. This role offers significant influence across product strategy, architecture, and execution.
- Own the evolution of AI capabilities within Conversational Commerce.
- Translate conversational and agentic AI into differentiated customer value.
- Partner with the Principal Product Manager on roadmap prioritization and trade-offs.
AI Evaluation, Quality & Decision-Making
- Own the end-to-end AI evaluation strategy, including success metrics and experimentation.
- Connect model performance to user and business outcomes.
- Define and track AI quality metrics (task success, hallucinations, latency).
- Lead go/no-go decisions for AI releases (ship, rollback, iterate).
- Communicate impact, risks, and trade-offs clearly to stakeholders.
Model Safety & Guardrails
- Lead LLM safety testing: hallucination detection, jailbreak/adversarial checks, brand & compliance scenarios.
- Define and evolve guardrails for safe, reliable AI behavior.
- Collaborate with Engineering on grounding strategies, constraints, fallback paths, and escalation workflows.
- Ensure AI systems are observable, monitored, and continuously improving.
Conversational & Multi-Agent Systems
- Contribute to how LLMs power conversational flows across the platform.
- Shape the multi-agent framework, including roles, orchestration, task decomposition, and tool boundaries.
- Ensure agentic systems are testable, debuggable, and scalable.
Discovery & Delivery
- Drive continuous discovery via customer research, analytics, and feedback loops.
- Validate AI capabilities against real customer problems.
- Translate strategy into clear requirements, roadmaps, and prioritized backlogs.
- Enable rapid, high-quality execution without compromising trust or safety.
