We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Field Service Lightning (FSL) Developer with 8–10 years of hands-on Salesforce experience and deep expertise in Salesforce Flows. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and optimizing scalable FSL solutions, while collaborating with global stakeholders and operating effectively in the CET /UK timezone.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and implement Salesforce Field Service Lightning (FSL) solutions aligned with business requirements.
  • Build and maintain advanced Salesforce Flows (Screen Flows, Record-Triggered Flows, Autolaunched Flows) to automate business processes.
  • Customize FSL modules including Work Orders, Service Appointments, Dispatcher Console, Scheduling, and Mobile Configurations.
  • Develop solutions using Apex (classes, triggers), Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Aura Components where needed.
  • Integrate Salesforce with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs and middleware tools.
  • Optimize field service scheduling logic, including service territories, work rules, and optimization strategies.
  • Perform code reviews, maintain code quality, and ensure adherence to Salesforce best practices.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve production issues, ensuring system stability and performance.
  • Collaborate with business analysts, architects, and stakeholders in CET/UK timezone working hours.
  • Participate in Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
