Our client based in Poole has an immediate requirement for two experienced Production Shift Managers to join their busy FMCG operation. In this role you will be responsible for a production unit ensuring a safe, compliant and productive working environment.
The role will require you to manage shift operations and resources to deliver the production plan efficiently, ensuring quality standards are met and whilst promoting and enforcing safety standards. You will also be expected to drive continuous improvement activity across the unit whilst actively engaging with and developing your team.
Applicants must have experience of working in an FMCG production environment, have strong and timely decision-making skills and be able to elevate if required. Strong leadership skills are a must and a proven track record in driving teams through KPIs would be a distinct advantage. The ability to adhere to risk management, health and safety and other compliance matters will also be key.
The positions are offered on a full-time and permanent basis with immediate starts available for the right candidates. You will be required to work on a weekly rotating shift pattern to include early, late and nights.
