We are seeking a dedicated & experienced Gardener to join our client’s team at a peaceful ground set within the Dorset countryside. This is a rewarding role for someone who enjoys working outdoors, takes pride in maintaining natural landscapes, and values conservation-led land management.
The Role:
- General grounds and horticultural maintenance.
- Planting, pruning, mowing, strimming, and seasonal tasks.
- Caring for woodland and meadow habitats in line with ecological principles.
- Working collaboratively with colleagues to maintain high standards.
- Using tools and machinery safely and responsibly.
- Ensuring the grounds remain safe, tidy, and welcoming at all times.
About You:
- Experienced in horticulture, gardening, or grounds maintenance.
- Knowledgeable in planting, pruning, and general garden care.
- A reliable team player with a strong work ethic.
- Passionate about nature, conservation, and working outdoors.
- Physically fit and comfortable working in all weather conditions.
- Respectful and professional in a sensitive environment.
Relevant horticultural qualifications and experience in natural or conservation-led settings are desirable but not essential.
