Mploy are seeking an experienced and motivated Production Manager to join our client in Poole area, this is within the food and FMCG Sector.
This is a hands‑on leadership role responsible for overseeing day‑to‑day production and ensuring consistently deliver high‑quality chocolate products safely, efficiently and on time.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage daily production operations.
- Supervise, motivate and develop the production team.
- Ensure production targets, quality standards and deadlines are achieved.
- Monitor efficiency and drive continuous improvement.
- Maintain high standards of food safety, hygiene and health & safety.
- Manage staffing, production planning and resource requirements.
- Work closely with Quality, Warehouse, NPD and other departments.
- Identify and resolve production issues quickly and effectively.
