NOW HIRING – PRODUCTION OPERATIVES
Location: Just 6 miles from Bridport and 10 miles from Dorchester, overlooking the stunning Jurassic Coast.
We are currently recruiting Production Operatives to join our client’s team, beautifully located in the heart of the Dorset Downs.
This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of the production and packing process for high-quality, handmade products, created using traditional methods and recipes dating back hundreds of years.
Role Type: Temporary ongoing, with the potential for permanent employment for the right candidates.
Transport: Due to the rural location, your own transport is recommended. However, some assistance with transportation may be available.
- Day Shift: 06:45 – 15:45 | £13.01 per hour
- Experienced Day Shift: £13.31 per hour
- Late Shift: 15:45 – 23:45 | £13.99 per hour
Key Responsibilities
- Packing and labelling finished products
- Working on production lines across various departments
- Helping to keep production areas clean and tidy
- Following Health & Safety and Food Safety procedures
- Some manual lifting involved
- Full training provided
What we’re looking for:
- Reliable and hardworking individuals
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn
- People who are comfortable working as part of a busy production team
- Previous production or factory experience is helpful, but not essential
