We are currently recruiting Packing Operatives for a well-established local client based in Dorchester. Ongoing work is available from summer until early winter, with potential temp-to-perm opportunities for the right candidates. - Standard hours: 7:00am – 3:00pm

Please note: A 6:00am – 6:00pm shift pattern on a 4-day working week will be introduced for a special project lasting a few weeks.
The role will involve:
- Selecting and packing products accurately
- Carrying out quality checks to ensure products meet required standards
- Keeping the work area clean, tidy, and safe
- Following instructions and procedures correctly
- Working as part of a team to support smooth production
- Helping to meet daily production targets and KPIs
- Maintaining a good pace in a busy production environment
