We are seeking a highly skilled Microsoft Business Analyst & First Line Support professional to join our client’s dynamic team. This role is ideal for someone with a strong technical background, a passion for optimizing processes, and experience supporting business systems in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the first point of contact for all internal IT and business system enquiries.
- Provide 1st line support for Office 365 applications, including Teams, Outlook, and SharePoint.
- Act as SharePoint Administrator, managing permissions, sites, and content.
- Develop, maintain, and present business insights using Power BI dashboards and reports.
- Support ERP systems and other business applications.
- Analyze, document, and improve business processes with a strong understanding of end-to-end workflows.
- Liaise with technical teams to escalate and resolve complex issues efficiently.

- Proven experience in Office 365 1st line support.
