We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our client’s growing team and support the continued development of their business. This is a hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys problem-solving, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and takes pride in delivering excellent customer service. You’ll work closely with internal teams across multiple sites, helping to keep operations running smoothly while supporting innovation and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the first point of contact for all customer enquiries.
- Follow up with customers to ensure issues are fully resolved.
- Process customer orders accurately and efficiently.
- Provide clear and accurate information about products, services, and policies.
- Work collaboratively with the customer service team to manage daily responsibilities, including shipped-not-invoiced accounts.
- Support warehouse staff as a key contact and escalation point.
- Liaise with internal departments regarding lead times and stock availability.
- Manage customer amendments such as address changes and ordering responsibilities.
- Escalate key accounts to account management where appropriate.
- Ensure customers are linked to the correct pricing groups.
- Assist with onboarding new customers.
