Position: Production Operative
Working hours: Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week, 07:30 - 16:30
MPLOY is seeking experienced production operatives to join a motivated team responsible for selecting, processing, and safely packing products. This role involves physical tasks, including handling items of varying weights, and requires a good understanding of health and safety protocols related to machinery on site.
Key responsibilities include:
- Accurately and safely processing work orders using machinery (training provided).
- Maximizing yields from raw materials.
- Recording finished products accurately, either on paperwork or electronically.
- Stacking, banding, and labeling completed orders safely and neatly.
Ideal candidates will possess:
- Basic mathematical skills for measurement.
- A practical background or previous experience in a similar role.
- A team-oriented approach, understanding that individual input contributes to overall success.
- A stable work history with clear career progression.
- Forklift license is advantageous but not required.
