As a Recruitment Consultant, you’ll play a key role in connecting talented candidates with great employers. Managing key client accounts and building strong, long-term relationships Sourcing, screening, and registering candidates to build a strong talent pool Writing and posting engaging job adverts to attract the best candidates Conducting candidate interviews and managing the recruitment process from start to finish Identifying new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and industry events Working towards and exceeding recruitment targets Ensuring compliance with recruitment legislation and industry standards Previous recruitment experience, or a strong background in sales or business development Excellent communication and relationship-building skills A full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle (for client visits) Team-based bonus scheme Free on-site parking Ongoing training
