This Legal Secretary role includes the following duties:
- Manage client matters professionally and courteously.
- Maintain high-quality service to prevent client complaints.
- Use case management software and Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel, 365).
- Draft correspondence, documents, records, presentations, and accounts.
- Manage diaries, book appointments/meetings.
- Attend meetings and assist with note-taking.
- Create, photocopy, and print legal documents.
- Manage meeting room diaries and maintain rooms.
- Notify staff promptly about client appointments.
- Handle reception-related administrative tasks.
- Provide assistance to colleagues during meetings as needed.
- Answer phone calls promptly and take accurate messages.
- Comply with the firm’s Office Quality Manual and policies.
- Support colleagues during holidays/sickness.
- Assist with post duties (opening, sorting, franking, etc.).
