We are currently seeking a reliable and hardworking Hospitality Team Leader to join our client in the education sector based in Wimborne; this opportunity is offered on a temporary to permanent basis for the right person.
Working within a fast-paced environment, you will play a key role ensuring high standards are upheld and maintained throughout service.
This will require effective and clear communication, monitoring and a proactive hands-on role.
Duties: To be operationally focussed ensuring all aspects of Front of House commitments and standards are overseen and delivered to exemplary standard Liaise with their line management regarding all hospitality and menu requirements.
Ensure shift/teams are briefed Liaise with team members to ensure the daily tasks are assigned, ensuring staffing is sufficient to cover all shift commitments Positive and enthusiastic approach in leading the team, driving a positive and “can do” attitude in the department.
Ability to work closely with all colleagues to achieve the highest aims of the department.
Taking corrective action to resolve disputes, productivity issues and maintaining standards.
