Our client based near Wimborne has an upcoming requirement for a proficient IT Systems professional to help with providing day-to-day support, maintenance and implementation of the company ERP applications system across multiple departments.
The key responsibilities will require you to assist in user training and onboarding of the new ERP system, with updates on new features and modules when they are released. You will be the first point of contact for ERP related support requests from across the business, dealing with functional and technical issues within the ERP application, escalating to appropriate internal teams when necessary.
Applicants must have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, combined with a few years of recent experience providing support on ERP systems; knowledge of IFS would be an advantage. You will also be IT proficient, and systems lead with experience in technical troubleshooting and providing end-user support. You must be able to communicate well with multiple stakeholders and third parties and possess the ability to explain complex information and processes to end users.
This role is offered on a full-time and permanent basis, the starting salary will be from Β£30k to Β£35k dependent on skills and experience.
