Our client is a leading global 3PL and fulfilment provider , and they are seeking two Account Managers to join their team.

These are key roles within the business, with a strong focus on customer relationships, account growth and delivering outstanding service.

As an Account Manager, you’ll become a trusted partner to your clients, gaining a deep understanding of their business and ensuring they receive the best possible outcomes from the company’s fulfilment solutions.

You’ll combine relationship management with commercial thinking, proactively identifying opportunities to improve performance, enhance service and grow existing accounts.

The key responsibilities will include: Manage a portfolio of clients, acting as a trusted advisor and key point of contact across all aspects of the relationship.

Build and nurture strong, long-term client partnerships that drive retention, satisfaction and sustainable growth.

Develop and execute strategic account plans aligned with client objectives and wider commercial goals.

Proactively identify opportunities to expand existing accounts, increase revenue and generate new business within your portfolio.
