Mploy Staffing Solutions is seeking Warehouse Operatives to work from Monday to Friday at our Distribution Centre located in Andover Business Park. This is a great opportunity to join a well-established business in the British market with potential for career advancement. Both shifts are full-time and may lead to permanent roles.
Working Hours and Pay:
Pay Rate: £12.65 per hour, including attendance bonus.
Responsibilities:
- Picking, packing, wrapping, labelling, and loading orders for dispatch.
- Handling goods manually when required.
- Maintaining cleanliness and tidiness of the warehouse.
- Reporting issues to management or supervision.
- Moving stock around the warehouse by hand or using lifting equipment, e.g., unloading and breaking down pallets.
Requirements:
- Team player with good organisational skills.
- Exceptional attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Physical ability for manual handling.
- Ability to adhere to Health and Safety standards.
