We’re recruiting for a Junior Buyer to join a fantastic business on a permanent basis.
This is a great opportunity for someone with strong organisational skills, excellent attention to detail, and an interest in purchasing, procurement, or supply chain.
The successful candidate will support the buying team with day-to-day purchasing activity, supplier communication, and administration.
What’s on offer
- Salary: £30,284.80 per annum
- Permanent position
- 40 hours per week
- Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm
- 1-hour lunch break
- 1 day per week hybrid working after probation
- Bonuses
- 25 days’ annual leave plus bank holidays

The role will involve
- Supporting the buying team with purchasing and procurement activity
- Raising and processing purchase orders
- Liaising with suppliers regarding pricing, availability, lead times, and deliveries
- Monitoring stock levels and supporting stock availability
- Maintaining accurate records and updating internal systems
- Assisting with supplier queries and resolving order-related issues
- Supporting the wider team with administrative duties
- Helping to ensure products and materials are purchased in line with business requirements
We’re looking for someone who has
- Previous experience in buying, procurement and supply chain
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office
- The ability to build strong working relationships with suppliers and internal teams
- A proactive attitude and willingness to learn
- The ability to work well in a busy, fast-paced environment
