Work Experience Coordinator - Full Time or Part Time considered

A GREAT OPPORTUNITY to join our team with further career progression available including training to become a Health and Safety Assessor or a qualified Careers Adviser.
Hours: Full Time (37 hrs per week Monday - Friday) or will consider Part Time
Location: Northwich

Key Skills Required:
- Self-motivated and able to use initiative.
- Excellent, phone and communication skills.
- Well organised with an attention to detail.
- Team player.
- Strong IT skills including MS Office packages.
Experience and Qualifications Required:
- A good general education including GCSEs in Mathematics and English (essential).
- A Level 3 or above qualification in business administration / customer care (desirable).
- At least two years administration experience (essential).
- Some experience of working within the education sector (desirable).
Key Accountabilities:
- Coordinate work experience programmes with a range of schools / colleges.
- Undertake employer engagement activities with businesses to provide work experience placements for students.
- Liaise closely with Health and Safety Assessors to ensure all placements are safe and suitable.
- Assist the Operations Manager in quality assurance checks of work experience activities to agreed timetable.
