Due to a high demand for careers advice services for the next academic year, we are looking for a proactive and motivated qualified Careers Adviser (Level 6) to join our team in September 2025 working in West Lancashire schools. The role is permanent, term time and either full time or part time.
This role will deliver impartial careers guidance services in a variety of school settings both one to one and in groups. An enhanced DBS is a requirement for this role.
Benefits- Salary up to £29,033 plus additional payment on top for Annual Leave accrued if working term time and with opportunity to move to a Senior Careers Adviser position

Key Responsibilities
- Deliver impartial, high quality careers guidance both one to one and in groups
- Establish strong working relationships in schools and colleges becoming an effective part of their team
- Promote and raise awareness of the service in institutions to ensure high visibility and take up
- Evaluate services with young people to ensure continuous improvement
- Implement company quality assurance processes to MATRIX standard
- Contribute to the development of quality CEIAG resources and products
Qualifications
- Level 6 qualification in careers guidance essential (however may consider Level 4 as additional units to be completed with MPLOY)
- Good general education to at least Level 4 essential
