We’re now looking for a Junior Laser Applications Development Engineer to join our Technology Development team.
The Opportunity
This is a hands‑on, lab‑based role designed for a recent graduate who is naturally curious, methodical and detail‑driven. You’ll work with short‑pulse solid‑state lasers and advanced optical systems, helping to:
- Design and run structured experiments
- Optimise laser‑material interactions
- Analyse results using microscopy and metrology tools
- Translate physics theory into real‑world engineering solutions
- Develop robust, repeatable manufacturing processes
