The Role
A Senior / Lead Developer position combining hands-on engineering with technical leadership. You’ll design and build scalable applications, influence architecture, and mentor engineers, working closely with product, QA, and DevOps to deliver robust solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop scalable, high-performance applications
- Define and promote best practices across architecture and coding standards
- Build end-to-end features across frontend and backend systems
- Develop modern web applications using React / Next.js
- Build backend services using Node.js and/or .NET (C#)
- Design and implement APIs (RESTful and GraphQL)
- Work with SQL and NoSQL databases (SQL Server, PostgreSQL, MongoDB)
- Ensure strong test coverage through unit and integration testing
- Lead technical discussions, design reviews, and proof-of-concepts
- Mentor and support engineers across the team
