Mploy Group is partnering with an established digital agency based in Norwich that delivers modern, high-quality digital solutions for a broad client base. As part of their continued growth, they are looking to hire an experienced Full Stack Developer to join their delivery-focused engineering team.
The Role
This is a hands-on, full stack position where you’ll work across back-end and front-end technologies to build scalable, user-focused applications. You’ll collaborate closely with designers, developers, and delivery teams, contributing to both technical delivery and ongoing improvement of development practices.
Key Responsibilities
- Building and maintaining applications using C# and the .NET platform
- Developing modern front-end interfaces using React and related technologies
- Working across the full software development lifecycle, from requirements through to deployment
- Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to deliver client-focused solutions
- Contributing to code quality, performance, and technical best practice
- Supporting and mentoring junior developers where appropriate
Experience & Skills
- Strong commercial experience as a Full Stack Developer
- Solid back-end experience with .NET / C#
- Front-end experience using React (or similar modern frameworks)
- Experience working in a digital agency or multi-project environment is advantageous
- A pragmatic, delivery-focused approach with good communication skills
