The Role
A Senior / Lead Developer position combining hands‑on engineering with technical leadership. You’ll design and build scalable applications, influence architecture, and mentor engineers, working closely with product, QA, and DevOps to deliver robust solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop scalable, high-performance applications
- Define and promote best practices across architecture and coding standards
- Build end-to-end features across frontend and backend systems
- Develop modern web applications using React / Next.js
- Build backend services using Node.js and/or .NET (C#)
- Design and implement APIs (RESTful and GraphQL)
- Work with SQL and NoSQL databases (SQL Server, PostgreSQL, MongoDB)
- Ensure strong test coverage through unit and integration testing
- Lead technical discussions, design reviews, and proof-of-concepts
- Mentor and support engineers across the team
