Mploy Group is partnering with a well-established ecommerce business to recruit a Lead Front-End Developer to help shape the next phase of their digital platform. This is an opportunity to join a growing technology team within a 400-person business, where digital plays a central role in both online and in-store customer experience.
You’ll take ownership of the front-end architecture and direction, leading the development of high-quality ecommerce experiences while working closely with product, UX, and engineering teams. This role goes beyond hands-on development — we’re looking for someone who can blend technical leadership with commercial awareness, helping align technology decisions with business outcomes.
The Role
As Lead Front-End Developer, you will play a key role in shaping how the business delivers digital products to customers. You’ll lead front-end development standards, mentor developers, and work closely with stakeholders to ensure the platform continues to evolve and scale. You’ll be joining a collaborative development team of around 11 engineers, working within a modern cloud-based environment.
