This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate looking to launch their software engineering career within a supportive, collaborative environment. You'll work alongside experienced developers, gain exposure to real-world projects, and develop the technical skills needed to become a successful software engineer.
As a Graduate Java Developer, you'll contribute to the development, enhancement and maintenance of modern software applications whilst learning industry best practices and gaining hands-on commercial experience.
Key Responsibilities- Develop software solutions using Java and modern web technologies
- Build new features and enhancements for a SaaS platform
- Fix bugs and support continuous product improvements
- Participate in Agile ceremonies and sprint activities
- Work closely with developers, testers and product teams
- Contribute to technical discussions and design reviews
- Assist with requirements analysis and solution development
- Write clean, maintainable and well-tested code
- Learn software engineering best practices from experienced colleagues
- Take increasing ownership of development tasks as your skills grow
- Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or a related discipline
- Strong understanding of core Java principles
