Having successfully developed a market-leading product, they're now looking for a Senior Product Manager to establish and lead the Product Management function as they scale.

The Role
You’ll be responsible for
- Defining the product vision, strategy and long-term roadmap.
- Acting as the voice of the customer, while ensuring evolving regulatory and industry requirements remain central to product strategy and future development.
- Building strong relationships with customers, industry bodies and key stakeholders to understand emerging market needs and regulatory expectations.
- Establishing structured customer feedback processes and customer advisory groups to shape future product development.
- Prioritising product investment based on customer value, commercial opportunity, regulatory requirements and technical feasibility.
- Working closely with engineering, R&D and commercial teams to align product strategy.
- Supporting product positioning, go-to-market planning and commercial launches.
- Monitoring product performance, customer adoption, regulatory developments and market trends.
- Using data, customer insight and industry direction to continually refine the product strategy.
- Building and leading a modern Product Management function as the business grows.
About You
You’ll be passionate about building products that solve real customer problems and enjoy working at the intersection of technology, engineering and commercial strategy.
You’ll understand that successful product strategy isn’t shaped solely by customers, but also by the regulatory landscape, industry standards and the evolving requirements that influence how technology is adopted.
You’ll ideally have
- Proven Product Management experience within a technology, engineering or manufacturing environment.
- Experience developing product strategy and owning product roadmaps.
- Strong customer discovery, market analysis and commercial product management experience.
- Experience working within regulated industries or markets where compliance, standards and regulatory requirements influence product development.
- An appreciation that regulatory bodies, standards organisations and compliance requirements are key stakeholders in shaping successful products.
- The ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive strategic decisions.
- Experience working closely alongside engineering and technical development teams.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- A proactive, hands-on approach with the ability to thrive in a scaling business.
Desirable
- Previous experience within industrial technology, advanced manufacturing, instrumentation, hardware, sensors or other technically advanced environments.
- Experience launching complex B2B technology products.
- Exposure to utilities, industrial, environmental, energy or other regulated markets.
