We are on a mission to enable companies to use great content while championing content creators and their intellectual property. We’re hiring an experienced sales executive to be a part of our mid-market outbound licensing team, selling new licences.
A person in this role must be a strong communicator, motivated, resilient, coachable, and enjoy a challenge. This is for someone committed, responsible, and positive.

- Win high-value deals: Engage stakeholders and build compelling business cases that deliver long-term value.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, scale-up environment, with a passion for selling.
What we think makes a great Mid Market Sales Executive:
- Proven success selling to customers - ideally in B2B SaaS or licensing.
- You thrive in an environment with a high volume of activities.
- You are persistent and resilient.
- Ability to move quickly and make decisions.
- A strong communicator: you're thoughtful and empathetic in the way you interact with your peers and prospective customers.
- Experience with tech tools is an advantage but not essential. (Gong, Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator)
- You enjoy being part of a team but you are also able to work on your own initiative.
- Able to highlight examples of sales experience.
- Experience achieving challenging KPI metrics that must be hit or exceeded daily.
- Able to meet or exceed monthly and quarterly targets.

This role involves high volume outbound activity, with sometimes low results. You’ll need to bounce back quickly from rejection and setbacks to achieve results. Some of our systems and processes are still being optimized – but we hope you’ll help shape them and take initiative to suggest improvements where you see them.

- Base salary of £30,000 OTE £83,000.
