  • Manage a portfolio of key client accounts to ensure timely and accurate payments.
  • Support the end-to-end credit control process, including debt collection, invoicing, and client communications.

As a Collections Specialist, you’ll be a vital part of our finance team, reporting to the US Collections Manager. You’ll manage payments from both new and renewing clients, ensuring reminder letters are sent on time and follow-up calls are made promptly. You’ll issue copy invoices when requested, keep client records accurate and up to date, and schedule follow-up actions for yourself and others in the team. You’ll also handle incoming calls and direct inquiries to the right people. When needed, you’ll support the Client Services Team and ensure all client communication is handled professionally and courteously. You’ll also take on general admin tasks and be ready to help with other responsibilities as they come up.
