A leading multi-disciplinary property consultancy, established in 1983, is seeking a Landlord & Tenant Surveyor to join its experienced team in London. The Role: As a Landlord & Tenant Surveyor, you will play a key role in advising a broad range of clients on lease advisory matters. You will handle lease renewals, rent reviews, re-gears, and lease restructuring across commercial property portfolios. The position offers variety, responsibility, and the opportunity to act as a trusted advisor to long-standing clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage lease renewals and rent review negotiations
  • Provide expert advice on lease restructuring and re-gearing
  • Prepare rental assessments using market data and comparables
  • Represent clients in disputes, including Expert Witness and Arbitration
  • Maintain strong, ongoing relationships with landlords, tenants, and professional contacts

  • MRICS qualified
