On behalf of my client, I am currently recruiting for a Junior Site Supervisor / Contracts Manager. This is an excellent opportunity for an energetic, motivated individual who is eager to learn, develop their skills, and progress their career with a company that offers genuine long-term prospects. Based at their offices in Surrey (KT23), you will work closely alongside an experienced Contracts Manager, assisting with the delivery and management of projects. Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

  • Attending project sites throughout London and the Home Counties
  • Monitoring works to ensure they are carried out to the required quality standards
  • Ensuring Health & Safety regulations are adhered to at all times on site
  • Providing regular progress updates and reports to the Contracts Manager
  • Completing administrative tasks to support the efficient delivery of projects

  • Full UK driving licence (essential)
