About the Role:

Due to continued growth, we are seeking an ambitious and qualified RICS Registered Valuer to join my clients expanding team. This is a key position within the business, offering an excellent opportunity to deliver high-quality 'Red Book' valuations across residential, commercial, and development property portfolios.

You will be working directly with clients ranging from private individuals and landowners to banks, housing associations, and public sector bodies. If you are looking to take ownership of your career progression within a fast-growing business, this role offers an ideal platform.

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver RICS ‘Red Book’ compliant valuations for a broad client base
  • Manage and grow client relationships across both public and private sectors
  • Provide valuation advice across a mix of asset classes including residential, commercial, and development property
  • Ensure all reporting and compliance standards are upheld
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams and external partners to support business growth

Requirements:

  • MRICS and RICS Registered Valuer (Essential)
  • Demonstrable experience in valuing commercial, residential, and development properties
  • Strong numeracy and technical valuation skills
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and negotiation abilities
  • Proficiency in MS Office; Argus Developer / Enterprise experience is desirable but not essential
  • Full UK driving licence
