Are you an experienced Chartered Building Surveyor looking to take the next step in your career with a forward-thinking, modern practice? We’re working exclusively with a rapidly growing firm of chartered surveyors based in North London. They are well-funded, tech-enabled, and have an impressive pipeline of work. With their business expanding, they are now looking to bring in an MRICS Building Surveyor to support their residential and commercial portfolio.

The role:

  • As part of a close-knit and ambitious team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality Level 2 and 3 building surveys and HomeBuyer Reports.
  • You will also support consultancy and project delivery work while developing strong client relationships.

Day-to-day responsibilities will include:

  • Carrying out Level 2 and 3 RICS surveys
  • Producing HomeBuyer Reports with the use of modern software
  • Attending site inspections and reporting on building condition and defects
  • Providing pre-purchase advice and recommendations
  • Supporting the wider consultancy team with various surveying projects
  • Working directly with clients and design professionals to ensure smooth project delivery

What my client is looking for:

  • MRICS qualified with a minimum of three years' post-qualification experience
  • Strong experience in Level 2 and 3 surveys and HomeBuyer reporting
  • Familiarity with reporting software and digital tools
