The Role: You’ll provide expert business rates advice on office and retail portfolios – identifying savings, managing appeals, and helping clients minimise liabilities across complex assets including flagship offices and high-street units.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Preparing and submitting appeals to the VOA
- Advising on empty rates relief, temporary occupation and mitigation strategies
- Analysing property portfolios for rating opportunities
