On behalf of my client, a new homes developer in Surrey, I am currently recruiting for an Assistant Construction Manager to work alongside the Managing Director. Established in 2003, my client has become one of the fastest growing, privately owned national house building groups and has built an excellent reputation for designing projects which fit into and enhance the local architecture whilst making every effort to conserve the natural balance of each location including the conservation of wildlife and the preservation of natural features.
Due to continued success, the Managing Director is now looking for someone to work with him and eventually be in a position where he can hand over the reins of the construction side of his portfolio of businesses.
To be considered for this role you must have the following:
- Current / previous knowledge of the new build market
- Excellent work ethic
- Ability to work with and also manage contractors and sub-contractors
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office packages
- The drive to progress in your career
