Graduates Required for Legal Headhunting Graduate Recruitment Role in London… JANUARY 2025 START With a £28,000 starting salary , increase to £32,000 by the end of your 1st year and 1st year earnings with commission you will be in a position to make £35,000 – £40,000 in your first year in your career! Our Client is a dynamic, ambitious, fun and energetic home for highly driven and bright Graduates from all degree subjects. They believe in training trainees from Graduate to Director, we placed a Law Graduate with them three years ago who is now a Director running a team . He, perhaps like you, had a Law degree but wasn\’t sure he wanted to be a Solicitor and decided to pursue Recruitment. We were able to arrange multiple interviews for him, he received multiple offers and three years later is a senior, respected and well paid Director in this global firm. The Legal markets they work in are booming, working on multiple FTSE 100 companies, US Elite and Top 50 UK Law firms you will be busy with unfettered access to high profile clients. Largely a headhunt focussed role you will be tasked with becoming a subject matter expert, continue to learn about Law firms , build a network and begin transacting straight away. You will be trained by absolute industry experts , often one on one time and mentorship given to guide you to be the best you can be.
