Your exciting opportunity As a Claims Handler in the DMU team you will be organised and methodical.

You will be tasked with organising vehicle repairs and hire vehicles for policyholders and third parties following a road traffic accident.

Key Responsibilities Work with various stakeholders such as policyholders, insurance companies, brokers, vehicle repairers and vehicle suppliers to ensure the smooth and effective completion of the claimant's claim.

Take responsibility for a caseload of claims, organising the relevant services for each claim, updating the customer every step of the journey.

Manage costs and expectations from clients and customers around hire, repair timescales and total loss claims.

Organise invoices received from the repair and hire providers, ensuring they are accurate and submitting for payment/approval.

Inbox management, responding to enquiries from cover holders, clients, and brokers.

Work as part of a team to ensure that the customer is kept informed every step of the way.

What we are looking for: Experience in motor claims handling, insurance, or vehicle repair coordination desired.

Experience handling high-volume calls is essential.

Strong organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.

A proactive and problem-solving mindset with strong attention to detail.

Competence in using MS Office and claims management systems.

A commitment to delivering outstanding customer service.

Requirements: Full-time, Permanent, 35 hours a week.
