Reporting to: Chief Operating Officer
This isn't a traditional Operations role. We're not looking for someone to manage the day-to-day. We're looking for someone to transform it. As Director of Operations, you'll create operational control across our claims business, ensuring our people, processes and performance consistently deliver exceptional outcomes for our clients and customers. What You'll Do
- Driving productivity and operational efficiency
- Owning operational capacity and workforce planning
- Embedding governance, quality and SLA performance
- Leading service delivery across multiple operational teams
- Utilising MI and performance dashboards to manage
- Developing high‑performing operational leaders
- Delivering continuous improvement and measurable change
- Building a culture of ownership and accountability
