As Director of Operations, you'll create operational control across our claims business, ensuring our people, processes and performance consistently deliver exceptional outcomes for our clients and customers.

What You'll Do
You'll lead operational performance across the business by:
- Driving productivity and operational efficiency
- Owning operational capacity and workforce planning
- Embedding governance, quality and SLA performance
- Leading service delivery across multiple operational teams
- Utilising MI and performance dashboards to manage
- Developing high‑performing operational leaders
- Delivering continuous improvement and measurable change
- Building a culture of ownership and accountability
Who We're Looking For
You'll already be an experienced senior operational leader with:
- A proven track record leading large operational teams
- Strong commercial and strategic thinking
- Outstanding leadership and coaching skills
- The ability to influence, challenge and inspire others
- A relentless focus on continuous improvement
