MPK Tree Services is a family-owned and operated arboriculture business based in High Wycombe, proudly servicing Perth and surrounding areas for over 25 years. We are a professional, passionate team of qualified Arborists who take pride in doing things properly. We work with a wide range of clients, including Local and State Government Departments, and have built our reputation on safety, reliability, quality workmanship and genuine care for the trees we maintain.
At MPK, we are not “tree loppers”. We are trained Arborists who value the long‑term health, structure and safety of trees. We carry out every job in line with Australian Arboriculture standards, using modern equipment, safe work practices, and a team‑first approach. We have built a strong team culture and are proud to have very low staff turnover, with many of our team members choosing to stay and grow with the business long term. You will be someone who is reliable, hard‑working and genuinely interested in arboriculture. You enjoy working as part of a team, take safety seriously and are willing to get involved in all aspects of the job. You will have:
- Cert III in Arboriculture, or be working towards it
- A good level of physical fitness
- A strong team‑focused attitude
- Punctuality and reliability
- A strong commitment to safety
- Willingness to undertake all roles, including chipper operation, climbing, ground clearing and cutting from an EWP
- Must be able to work in Australia
- Minimum 3 years’ arboriculture experience
- Current driver’s licence
- Construction White Card
- Current police clearance
- Able to pass a pre‑employment medical and drug test
- EWP licence
- Woodchipper and/or chainsaw ticket
