The Role
- As a Collections Agent, you'll be speaking with customers via phone, email, and live chat to support them in resolving outstanding debts.
- Every case is different, so you'll use your negotiation skills, empathy, and problem-solving ability to agree fair and realistic repayment solutions.

What you'll be doing
- Handling inbound & outbound customer conversations
- Agreeing affordable, tailored payment plans
- Negotiating to achieve positive outcomes
- Managing a varied caseload with attention to detail
- Working towards achievable targets with strong earning potential
What we're looking for
- At least 1 year's experience in collections, contact centre or customer service
- Confident communicator with strong negotiation skills

Salary & Benefits
- OTE circa £37,000 (basic + uncapped commission)
- 25 days holiday + bank holidays
- Hybrid working (2 days from home after probation)
