The role
You will manage your own caseload of Claimant Personal Injury matters, handling files from instruction through to settlement, while delivering excellent client service and progressing cases efficiently. The caseload will focus primarily on RTA claims, across both portal and non-portal work.
Key responsibilities
- Managing a full caseload of claimant PI claims end-to-end
- Progressing Fast Track cases in line with SLAs
- Handling claims via the MOJ & OIC portals (Stages 1-3)
- Managing RTA and general personal injury matters
- Delivering consistently high levels of client care
- Maintaining accurate records across case management systems
About you
- Experienced in claimant personal injury litigation (qualification not essential)
- Background as a Litigator, Fee Earner, Litigation Executive, or Solicitor
- Strong knowledge of the MOJ portal and claims process
- Able to manage a busy caseload independently
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
- Proactive, client-focused approach
- Credit hire experience or knowledge is highly desirable
