Repair Supply Handler to join the Manchester team.

  • What you’ll do
  • Manage repair claims to minimise delays and keep cases progressing.
  • Liaise with repairers, engineers, recovery agents and salvage partners to meet service levels.
  • Build strong relationships with suppliers and stakeholders.
  • Maintain accurate claim records and ensure all actions are followed through.
  • Work in line with FCA, GDPR and company compliance standards.
  • What we’re looking for
  • Experience in insurance, motor claims, accident management or vehicle repairs is desirable.
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and confidence managing multiple priorities.
  • Good Excel and administrative skills.
  • A proactive approach with the ability to work to targets and deadlines.
