We're looking for an experienced Complaints Investigator & Auditor to join our growing Customer Experience team. If you have a background in complaints handling, compliance or auditing within claims, insurance or financial services, this is a fantastic opportunity to join a business that genuinely values quality, customer outcomes and continuous improvement.
What you\'ll be doing:
- Investigating and resolving customer complaints fairly and efficiently.
- Conducting internal audits to ensure compliance with FCA regulations and company standards.
- Identifying trends, risks and opportunities to improve processes.
- Producing audit and complaints reports for senior management.
- Supporting and coaching colleagues to maintain high compliance standards.
- Helping deliver an exceptional customer experience.
What we\'re looking for:
- Experience handling complaints and/or conducting audits within claims management, insurance or financial services.
- Good understanding of FCA regulations and compliance.
- Excellent investigation, analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication skills with a professional and empathetic approach.
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail.
