About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Liability Loss Adjuster to join our Milton Keynes team. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise in EL, PL, Products, and Motor liability claims investigation and handling. You will manage a varied caseload, conduct thorough investigations, and deliver high‑quality reporting to our clients. This role is suited to someone who is confident, organised, and able to work independently across a wide geographical area.

Key Responsibilities

  • Liability investigations across EL/PL/Products and Motor claims
  • Handling complex liability cases from instruction to settlement
  • Conducting site visits, interviews, and evidence gathering
  • Producing clear, detailed reports for insurer clients
  • Managing caseloads efficiently while meeting service standards
  • Liaising with insurers, brokers, claimants, and solicitors
  • Ensuring compliance with regulatory and internal requirements

What We're Looking For

  • Minimum 5 years' experience in liability claims investigation and handling
  • Strong technical knowledge of EL/PL/Products and Motor liability
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage a varied caseload
  • Full UK driving licence
