MPJ Recruitment are proud to be working with a CII accredited insurer based in Bolton. We are currently recruiting for an experienced Third Party Property Damage Claims Handler to help us shape and drive our Third Party Claims. You'll be handling your own claims files independently.
Responsibilities
- You’ll be responsible for a portfolio of Property/Motor Claims from start to finish, investigating and gathering evidence to help bring each claim to the point of a conclusion.
- Proactively manage Third Party referrals from first notification of loss.
- Manage cost of hire and cost of repairs provided to Third Parties.
- This is a varied and interesting role; you’ll understand that some claims are a result of a distressing or simply unfortunate incident, and therefore it’s important you listen and act with empathy.
- Recognise the signs of a fraudulent claim and refer these for further investigation when needed.
- Most of all, you’ll take pride in the service you offer to all customers and partners.
