What You'll Be Doing

  • Managing property claims from first notification through to settlement
  • Coordinating and overseeing contractors
  • Handling enquiries from clients, insurers, contractors, and policyholders
  • Providing clear updates and managing expectations throughout the claim
  • Working within SLAs and KPIs to maintain service excellence
  • Reviewing site data, images, and reports to make liability decisions
  • Approving or amending scopes of work and producing technical reports
  • Ensuring compliance with industry regulations
  • Supporting continuous improvement across processes and customer experience

What We're Looking For

If you've worked in property claims, housing disrepair, insurance customer service, loss adjusting, repairs coordination, or any similar role, we'd be keen to discuss your experience. You'll also bring:
